Field Expierence
Today for my 274 Assesment Strageties we went to Neshannock Elementary School. It was really cool for the first time to get a small taste of what we are going to be doing someday. Especially since it culminated all that we had learned through out the semester and we got to use what we learned in the real world. We got to break the class into smaller numbers so we each only had 2 students which made it real easy. It was a challenge for me beacause of the two kids who was in the sixth grade could not read well and i had to help him through the self assesment. Overall it was a great expierence and look forward to more.

Hey bud, I got a chance to experience the same situation last semester. I thought it was good to get exposed to the reality of teaching. I just did not like how short of time we actually got to interact with the students. I felt that in 152 we got a better understanding on how things work, even though we did not interact with them but once. It was all good because we got to see how Mrs. Nichlos conducted her class at the elementary level.
